Occasionally we have a need to auction a unit (or a few) in order to make it available to rent again. And, of course, to recover lost rents.
Storage unit auctions can be entertaining and fun. Winning bidders can sometimes find some real treasures in a unit.
When a bidder wins a unit at one of our auctions we ask that the unit be empty within 72 hours. We can sometimes work with you depending on our inventory of units.

Our storage unit auctions are held at our location in New Hope. Next to Golden Valley, Crystal, Robbinsdale, Plymouth, and convenient to the Minneapolis area. Our auctions of storage units are advertised in local papers in accordance with the requirements in Minnesota that govern storage unit auctions. We can accept cash or credit card with acceptable ID, subject to our approval.
